• Shipping Coverage:

We ship to all countries in the European Union, excluding Malta, and Cyprus. Additionally, we ship to the United Kingdom and Switzerland.

• Free Shipping:

We offer free shipping to all European Union countries on all orders.

• UK Delivery:

For deliveries to the UK, we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so no extra VAT or customs fees are added to your order. However, a customs fee of €30 is applied.

• Switzerland Delivery:

For deliveries to the UK and Switzerland, we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so no extra charges, VAT, or customs fees are added to your order.

• Order Processing Time:

All products are dispatched from our warehouse within 5-10 working days. Most orders are dispatched within a couple of days or even on the same day you place your order.

• Special Requests:

If you need your order for a specific date, please mention this in the "Additional Information" field when placing your order. We will do our best to meet your request or notify you within 24 hours if shipping on your requested date is not possible.
